Thorne Hills Golf Course was built in 1980 by Rosalie and Daniel Thorne I, along with their children, Michele, William, and Daniel. Today, the course is still owned and operated by the three children and provides a great course and full service bar and grill. You'll find friendly employees, great golf, and good food at Thorne Hills. Old Town Golf and Sportland is now being managed by Daniel and William Thorne.  Old Town is simply the greatest practice facility in Southeast Michigan.  We offer a huge driving range with limitless baskets of balls at reasonable rates, batting cages that give you 20 balls for only a dollar, an 18 hole miniature golf course that is not only fun but gives putting practice, a putting and chipping green with a sandtrap for those more serious about putting practice, golf instruction, and a 9 hole par 3 course that is great for beginning golfers, women, and those who just want to get a quick 9 holes into their busy day.  Stop by and see this great place anytime ~ you'll find friendly staff who is willing to help.
